29 December 2013...
...itz been a couple years since I was in the habit of posting here...though the walk continues..

I have lost my access to personally owned ether technology, but have recently acquired temporary...but undependable...access through the Hawai`i State Public Library System(HSPLS) through their brand new 'mobile netbook' program whereby one can check out a netbook...as if it was a typical library book.  But, like a library book; after 3 weeks, it has to be returned. Tomorrow I have to return this one and do not expect to be able to check out another one at that time...so, in a sense, this could be my first and last post telling of this continuing.....walk.

Technological challenges aside, here's the latest challenge to the homeless culture as it exists on this island...

Two nights ago, 27 December 2013, a homeless senior citizen was murdered within a few blocks of where I was homelessly sleeping...

This is the 3rd murder of a homeless person on this island in the past 2-3 months...and the politicians are typically speechless(possibly thrilled the homeless culture is being reduced even if just by a few).

Perhaps Hawai`i State Rep. Tom Brower...

...will now feel his efforts are being rewarded...?
